If you discover a lower publicly available price for the identical flight itinerary within 24 hours of making your booking with Flyora Trips, we will review the claim. Upon verification of eligibility, we will match the competing price or refund the difference to you.

How to Claim Your Price Match

  • Identify a Lower Fare: Within 24 hours of booking, locate a lower price for the exact same itinerary (same airline, flight number, dates, cabin class, and passenger type) on another U.S.-based, publicly accessible website.
  • Submit Your Claim: Contact us at info@flyoratrips.com and include:
    • Your Flyora Trips booking reference number.
    • A valid URL link or screenshot clearly displaying the lower fare.
    • The total price breakdown, inclusive of all taxes and fees.
Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Price Match Promise, the following conditions must be met:

  • The competing fare must be for the exact same flight itinerary.
  • The price comparison must reflect the total cost, including all taxes, fees, and surcharges.
  • The lower fare must be publicly available and bookable by the general public at the time of our review.
  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the original booking time.
  • Pricing must be listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Exclusions

This promise does not apply to the following fare types:

  • Membership-only rates, loyalty program fares, or prices requiring a logged-in user status.
  • Corporate, group, or privately negotiated contract rates.
  • Auction-based, wholesale, or bulk-purchase opaque fares.
  • Promotional rates not accessible to the general public.
  • Pricing errors, website misprints, or technical glitches on third-party sites.
Adjustments & Refunds
  • If the claim is approved prior to ticket issuance, we will adjust the fare to the lower price.
  • If the ticket has already been issued, any approved price difference will be refunded to the original form of payment used.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or card issuer's processing timelines.
