1. Accepted Payment Methods

We facilitate transactions through a variety of secure payment options, subject to availability:

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

2. Payment Authorization & Processing

Upon submission of your booking request, your payment method may undergo a temporary authorization to verify funds and mitigate fraud risk. A reservation is only confirmed following successful payment authorization and processing. If authorization is declined, the booking cannot be finalized.

3. Currency & Additional Charges

All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Please be aware that your bank or card issuer may apply additional fees, such as foreign exchange commissions or international transaction charges. These fees are levied by third-party financial institutions and are not within the control of Flyora Trips.

4. Payment Security

We employ industry-standard SSL encryption technology and secure payment gateways to protect your personal and financial information. For your safety, Flyora Trips does not store complete credit or debit card details once a transaction has been completed.

5. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment has been successfully processed, a confirmation email containing your booking specifics and payment receipt will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive this confirmation within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team immediately.

6. Failed or Declined Payments
  • Bookings remain unconfirmed if a payment fails or is declined by the payment processor.
  • You will be notified promptly if a transaction cannot be completed.
  • You may attempt to complete the booking again using an alternative payment method.
7. Fraud Prevention & Verification

To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to:

  • Request additional documentation to verify identity or payment ownership.
  • Delay, suspend, or cancel bookings that appear suspicious or irregular.
  • Report detected fraudulent activity to relevant payment processors or law enforcement authorities.
8. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are processed in strict accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Any approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking. The total processing time is dependent on airline regulations and your financial institution's policies.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all billing and payment details provided are accurate and up-to-date. Incorrect information may lead to payment failures, booking delays, or unintended cancellations.
