2. Composition of the Fare

The total amount payable for your ticket generally comprises the following components:

  • Base Fare: The fundamental price of the ticket as established by the airline.
  • Taxes & Fees: Mandatory government taxes, airport security charges, and carrier-imposed surcharges.
  • Service Fee: A booking or administrative fee applied by Flyora Trips to facilitate the reservation and processing services.

Total Fare = Base Fare + Taxes & Fees + Service Fee (if applicable).

3. Optional and Airline-Specific Charges

Certain services are excluded from the published fare and may incur additional costs levied directly by the airline, including but not limited to:

  • Checked baggage and excess luggage fees.
  • Advanced seat selection or cabin upgrades.
  • In-flight catering, Wi-Fi, and other onboard amenities.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all fares are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD). Should you choose to pay in a different currency, conversion rates and foreign transaction fees may be applied by your bank or payment processor. Flyora Trips does not control these exchange rates or associated fees.

5. Fare Validity & Availability

Flight prices remain subject to change until the moment payment is confirmed and the ticket is issued. If a fare changes during the booking workflow, you will be notified and required to confirm the new price before proceeding. Once the ticket is issued, any subsequent changes, cancellations, or refunds are strictly governed by the airline's fare rules.

6. Promotional & Special Fares

Flyora Trips occasionally offers promotional rates or discounted fares. These special offers often carry specific restrictions, such as:

  • Non-refundable or non-changeable ticket conditions.
  • Blackout dates or travel route limitations.

7. Government Taxes & External Surcharges

8. Pricing Errors & Correction

In the unlikely event of a system error or data glitch resulting in an incorrect fare display, Flyora Trips reserves the right to correct the error. We may cancel the affected booking or contact the customer to rectify the discrepancy before ticket issuance.

9. Confirmation of Final Fare

The total amount payable is explicitly summarized on the payment page. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted the total fare and all associated terms and conditions.
